Multi Component: Moulding procedures can make products up to 6 components
Automated insert moulding: Fremach offers full capabilities in insert molding, starting with manual loading of metal inserts for conventional, hydraulic and vertical shuttle press molding. Insert molding provides customers a lower cost alternative to other manufacturing methods by reducing assembly and labor and increases product reliability.
RHCM: Rapid Heat Cycle Moulding. This technique simulates the results of deliberately using higher mold temperature during filling and packing and then dropping the temperature for the remainder of cycle.
Clean room: Our clean room offers Hepa filtration, room pressure monitor, airflow monitor and constant temperature and humidity controls to meet industry demand for quality molded products.
IML/IMD: In-Mold-Labeling (IML) and In-Mold-Decoration (IMD) are injection-molding processes in which a flat, even film surfaces, textiles, or preformed film is back-molded.
Multi colour: Fremach is a leading player in the area of multicolour molding. Within the facilities today we are able to offer up to 6 colours and from the smallest button to the biggest component.
